Orders and Shipping

Shipping from our warehouse usually takes 1-2 business days. For arrival times, (depending on whereabouts you are), this can take 1-9 business days across Canada. Orders ship out via Calgary so this varies depending on the destination. US orders are generally 5 business days.

Easy! Click on the My Account icon at the top of the website, or head here directly.

When you’re checking out your order, you have the ability to have a separate Bill To and Ship To address. IF you need to update this after your order gets placed, email us at orders@zoltangal.com before your order heads out!

Click the My Account icon at the top of the website and login. Once you’re in your account, there’s an option to view your placed Orders in the dashboard.

Nope, nope (and nope!). Your credit card information is submitted securely and separately from the website, so nothing we have access to. 

All Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST and (depending on where your order ships to) you might need to also pay PST or a combined HST tax for your province.

US orders DO NOT have state taxes added – those are handled separately at customs. 

At present, we’re only shipping within Canada but will be to the USA shortly. 

International customers! Drop us a line at orders@zoltangal.com with your inquiry and we can get you a rate!

Note that international fees, duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities upon product arrival.

99% of the time, your order will arrive in one box. If multiple boxes are shipped, we’ll provide tracking information for each one separately!

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We offer an easy 30 day return policy for exchanging defective product. If you’ve received something from us and its broken or damaged, we can work with you to get your order fixed up!

If your order is un-opened and still in new condition, we can also work with you for a refund once the item(s) are shipped back to Calgary. Note an RMA number is required with prior approval.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to the address informed by our customer service team. We are not responsible for any lost package returned to us.

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, with all original packaging, well protected with bubble wrap. We need to receive the item complete in order to approve the refund.

Well that’s not good!!  At the end of the day, we’re operated by humans… so its entirely possible this could happen! Drop us a line with details and we’ll work with you to get the correct item shipped out!

Despite checking product and ensuring your order is packed to our high standards, damaged product can happen. Best approach, drop us an email with your order details and some photos so we can start fixing the issue!
